- Full Integration to your Members Area
- You already have a Members Area on your web-site where your customers log in with a username and password. Why have them remember another URL or password for your room?
- The Single-Sign-On (SSO) module allows you to add a ‘button’ into your Members Area which would lead your members to the room without having to enter any other credentials. They are already authenticated to your web-site. SSO carries the authentication to our site in a practical and secure fashion.

- Customers will not have to remember new link and login credentials
- You simplify your user-management. Example: adding or removing a person to your Members Area automatically enables or disables access to your room.
- You can manage user categories: Example: Category 1 members do not have access to your room. Category 2 members have access to the room.
- SC Recorder and Archiving
- Would you like to record the image and audio of your presentations? Would you like to offer easy, yet secure access to your archived movies?
- The Secure Recorder combined with an exceptionally practical archiving option provides you with a set of tools to record your sessions and then upload them into a host server with a few mouse clicks. Various access options can be set for your attendees to review the archived movies.

- The EM API can be integrated to your shopping cart or other web-based systems to add an event or a person to an existing event. An ‘event’ refers to a session scheduled using the ‘Event Manager’ inside your room’s Account Management portal.

- The omNovia SMS module is a unique system that provides you with an option to easily send messages from the room to mobile phones through SMS text-messaging worldwide.

- Would you like to send chat messages to the room from an application you have built or from an Excel spread-sheet?

- Buffer Seats
- Do you occasionally organize events during which your room capacity needs a boost?
- The ‘Buffer Seat’ mechanism offers a flexible method to accommodate infrequent room capacity requirements. You can add a number of Buffer Seats to your room (example: 10). You do not pay for these seats unless they are used after your room capacity is reached. Once a ‘Buffer Seat’ becomes active, you are charged for 1 extra seat for the next 23 hours no matter how many attendees used it.
