Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong experience in the business development and alliance management in software or IT industry.

This position requires building and managing strategic partnerships, and taking a proactive approach in driving the company’s growth. The ideal candidate must also be able to closely work with sales and marketing on various projects.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree from four year college or university in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management or related field preferred.
• MBA degree is a plus
• Must have a proven track record of motivating and leading indiduals and groups
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-starter, self-motivated, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well organized, ability to achieve goals, ability to focus and pay attention detail
• Solid networking skills, heavily results-oriented; strong track record in team management and meeting and/or exceeding objectives
• Moderate to excellent public speaking skills
• Ability to interface with senior and C-level executives
• Superior negotiation and multi-tasking skills; must be able to lead, review and execute multiple strategic projects with sharp attention to detail
