Once we determine the webcast objectives, we focus on the promotion of your event. Our best practices ensure the highest participation by leveraging your existing relationships and creating special marketing programs for your event. We provide on-going consulting on creating and delivering e-mail invitations, reminder e-mails. We also help you promote your event throughout social media platforms as well as traditional marketing channels such as direct mail invitations.

Your project manager helps you design extremely engaging and effective presentations that would bring the results you want to achieve. Optionally, we provide training and mentoring in effective presentation techniques covering vocal skills, live demonstrations, and audience interaction.

In this final phase, we show you how to effectively follow-up with attendees as well as the ones who registered for your event but did not attend. Your project manager will help you analyze the event reports to gain actionable insights. You will be able to see key performance metrics such as attendance ratio, attendee profile information, time spent in the room, poll and survey answers as well as the full chat history. These reports are also available for your recorded webcasts.
