Product Enhancements and New Features

In an effort to enhance your online meeting experience, we made an interface design change. With the new interface, the volume controls will be placed in a bar located at the bottom of the page. Also Shared Folder and Favorite Links are merged into one "Documents" tool.

The new Full Screen option enables StageToWeb HD viewers to expand the video to the entire monitor and watch the live (or Recast) video like a TV!

We have fixed a minor bug in the Slide Show module that failed to clear annotations if you loaded a new slide show without explicitly removing the previous one.

Please note clicking the Chat settings button now opens a settings box instead of a menu. The new configuration offers an easier to use environment.

With the addition of the new omniTweet module you now can search twitter by keywords or hash tags and display a continuous feed in a tab next to the chat tab. You may also update your twitter status from within the room. omNovia was one of the first web conferencing platforms to enable twitter updates from the chat already in 2009. With omniTweet it is even easier to do so.

The Room Report section of My account now offers consolidated reports including information from events. Previously event reporting and post session reporting were separate.

A new enhancement in StageToWeb allows you to expand the HD video to the entire monitor in which case your monitor essentially looks like a TV screen. StageToWeb is the new service designed to webcast live events with HD quality video.

It is now possible to allow a person to register multiple attendees for an event. If you set this option in the Settings inside the Event Manager, one registrant can also register colleagues or friends. This option is also supported for paid events.
