Live Projection of Screens and Documents :

The presenter and the moderator(s) - roles that can be given to anybody in the conference room - project an open document, an application, or part of the screen to all attendees. This projection is live and attendees see all handling of, and changes to the projected document or application in real time. The presenter will be able to hold the attendees' attention by drawing on the screen and the use of many other features.

Real Time Collaboration:

The presenter can hand the control of the projected application over to one or several attendees. This facilitates a complete collaboration by working on the same document or using the same application at the same time - as if you where seated side by side in a conference room with your attendees.

Slide Show:

You can project slides with sound and animation to all attendees in the conference room. The presenter is able to go forward and backward in the slide presentation, and use a laser pointer and drawing tools on the slides to make the presentation effective and keep attendees interested.

Animation and Flash Projection:

The presenter can project any Flash or animation directly to all online attendees while controlling the animation for everyone by going forward, backward or stopping. This solution is ideal for e-learning and online trainings.

Voice and Sound for Everyone:

With a simple click, the presenter can grant voice to each of the attendees. The quality of sound is comparable to that of your telephone and will easily support dialogues. This VoIP is entirely secured.

Recording Voice and Image:

This recording is automatically archived in the member’s area and can be accessed through a secured portal. This recording may also be used as a tutorial or a training tool. Only with omNovia’s Secure Meeting can you prevent attendees form running any "pirate" recorders. In fact, our system can detect and stop other recorders running on attendees’ computers.

Conference Archiving:

As a basic feature, all of your conferences are tracked with a list of attendees, their contact information, and even the hour they entered and length of time they stayed in the conference room. The chat texts, all announcements and any movies during the conference are archived and available in your member’s area.

White Board:
