In the omNovia webinar platform, we have the “Change Tab for Me Only” button.

It lets moderators privately access other media module tabs without affecting attendee view. This lets moderators queue up videos, cobrowser web sites or surveys while attendees are viewing other media modules. Then, when the moderator clicks on the actual media module tab, it brings the module live for attendees.

Only, we call it “Flag A Feature.” When you want to point out an item or icon in the webinar room, simply put your mouse over the item and right click. You’ll see a pop-up with the option to “highlight for all” or “highlight for presenter.”

This is a useful tool if you want to point out room features (such as where the documents folder is located) or if you want to draw the presenter’s attention to something (like annotation tools).
