Platform Redesign

It’s an exciting time in the world of omNovia and it’s important to us as well as our customers to go above and beyond staying relevant in our constantly evolving industry. Recently our team was assigned the task of giving our interface a refresher. We wanted the omNovia platform to have a sleeker, more modern feel while at the same time making it even more user friendly.

While change might be great for some, we understand that some of us need time to ease in to a new transition. That’s why omNovia is giving you the option of upgrading to the new interface or hanging on to the old one for just a little bit longer. Take a look at the improvements first!

The Participant List is now larger and much easier to differentiate between the Presenter/ Moderators and Attendees.

For Presenters and Moderators, we made the presentation area icons and font larger and more accessible.

We updated the chat box with new icons that will allow you to quickly tell which chat you are in.

We even gave our Admin page a facelift!

Ready to switch?  Simply log in to your Admin page, click on Modify Room Settings, choose a room and scroll down to Room Layout. You then will see the Use New Room Design check box. Please keep in mind that by choosing the new layout, you will not have access to the existing room skins and will only be able to use the new room skin design. This of course will only be temporary and we will notify you when other skin options become available.
